1. Introduction: Welcome to Vedic Counseling Solutions. This business is owned by Mary Roberson, Ph.D., also known as Vaishnavi (spiritual name). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our counseling offerings, including classes, workshops, webinars, individual coaching sessions, group experiences and coaching, and membership communities. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided: Vedic Counseling Solutions offers programs, education, mentoring, and transformative experiences from the perspective of the fields of Vedic Astrology, Ayurveda, Yoga, Vedic Counseling, Miracle-Minded Coaching, and Life Coaching, all aimed at supporting personal growth and spiritual evolution.

3. Communication Consent: You will be asked to provide your first name, email address, and phone number to facilitate communication. By providing this information, you grant explicit consent for Vedic Counseling Solutions to contact you about services and events. This may include emails OR SMS text messages, even if your number is on the corporate, state, national, or other “do not contact” lists. Standard message and data rates may apply. This consent is not mandatory. Opting out can be done any time by texting "STOP" or clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. Users must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account details.

4. Health and Wellness Coaching:  Vaishnavi or Mary Roberson, Ph.D., founder of Vedic Counseling Solutions, is a life and wellness coach with specialized certifications in various Vedic Science professions, including but not limited to Vedic counseling, Vedic astrology, Ayurveda, and yoga. Disclaimer: Vaishnavi is not a licensed health care or mental health professional. The guidance, information, and recommendations provided through our services are intended for educational and spiritual development purposes only and are not meant to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue consulting with and seeking advice from their healthcare providers regarding any medical condition or treatment. Our services should be used in conjunction with regular medical care, and not as a replacement. Any decisions about your health should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. The insights and practices offered by Vedic Counseling Solutions are rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom and are aimed at enhancing personal growth, spiritual understanding, and overall well-being and balance. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that Vedic Counseling Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services or reliance on any advice, information, or recommendations provided.

Limitation of Liability: Vedic Counseling Solutions, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services. This site may also include third-party links which are not endorsed by us. Transactions with third parties through our site are solely between you and the third party. Vedic Counseling Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the third-party sites. Any disputes or claims related to Vedic Counseling solutions must be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of Tennessee.

6. User Obligations:  Users are responsible for their own postings on the Vedic Counseling Solutions site. Users agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this service by any third party. Be considerate of others’ learning and process. Vedic Counseling Solutions reserves the right to remove or edit user content and is not liable for any user-generated content.

Intellectual Property Rights: All content provided by Vedic Counseling Solutions, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 7. User Content: If you post content or submit material, unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Vedic Counseling Solutions a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your exact expectations or requirements. There is a provision for refunds within 30 days under the conditions outlined in Cancellations and Refunds, below.

9. Cancellation and Refunds: Regarding cancellation of individual appointments, please provide a 24-hour notice so that the time space may be available for others to schedule. If you cancel within the 24-hour limit, it will count as a session that was completed. In terms of refunds, if (1) you sign up for a class, webinar, group or individual experience and (2) you give it a good faith effort to learn and implement the knowledge imparted, and (3) you will not or have not benefited from the experience, then you may apply for a refund if it is within 30 days of the beginning of that experience.

10. Termination and Refund Policy. Vedic Counseling Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to the site. The refund policy is described above. Any deviation from the cancellation or refund policy above will be described specifically within the information on the course, class, webinar, group or individual experience. 10. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or change our Terms and Conditions at any time. These updates will be posted on the website: www.VedicCounselingSolutions.com . Your continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the State of Tennessee.
